Gantt Bars
The main objective of the Gantt bars is to have a graphic view of the construction activities in relation to time. The activities are identified in the vertical axis and the time in the horizontal axis.
This type of diagram (like Narrative Schedule) does not need to be done by any specialized project management software. Microsoft Excel is enough1.
